First Sunday of the Month
Peace Lutheran Church
5509 W. 41st Street
Sioux Falls, SD
3:00-4:00pm
Third Tuesday of the Month
First Lutheran Church
327 S Dakota Avenue
Sioux Falls, SD
6:00-7:00pm
All distributions are inside. Please bring your ID. One family/household distribution per person.
All guests must attend a distribution to pick up items, no deliveries available.
Necessities for Neighbors provides help with household items not covered by SNAP. These are items that many take for granted but are necessities for healthy living. The following items are handed out to those who are in need: laundry detergent, diapers, toilet paper, and hygiene products. Diapers are needed items for young children attending daycare so parents can work. Hygiene items have been proven to increase access to education and the workforce.
Volunteer
Volunteers including groups from local organizations, churches, businesses, clubs, friends, and family are needed to sponsor item purchases and provide workers at each monthly distribution.
Donate
We can’t do this generous work without you! Necessities is always accepting donations, especially diapers (size 5, 6, and sleepover are most needed).
